Desperately looking for a song with the Sweet Dreams beat, but different lyrics and a girl rapping?

I heard at a local club, several times. It almost sounds like Pop. It is not Pink, not Rihanna, not Petey Pablo, NaS or Pitbull. It has a girl singing different lyrics and just contains the Sweet Dreams beat. I heard it last Summer and in the Spring, so it has been out for at least eight months or longer. Please help. Anyone? I think she said something like... I'm working, I'm working it. Not sure, it was awhile ago.
