Follow-up to my hazing question?

My original question about hazing is I guess confusing to some not all. I know chapter and verse (mco) 1700.28 Hazing definition....also.. this marine is not in boot ... although it was not easy for this marine they did graduate and are now on to the next phase of training... alot went on in boot as it should and the lame cry-baby stuff went away real quick.. thats not the question this is far beyond the normal and even some of the abnormal extra "training" that should go on..This is above normal and shouldn't be happening .. I would still appreciate all productive advice to p along ..who said I was going to contact anyone????!!!!!!!
