What's better for a really tough (and manly!) stubble--the Pulsonic or the Arcitec--for shave & esp. chin/jaw?

I've read some reviews but can't pick one. The Braun Pulsonic is more expensive but I do believe the vibrations should make for a closer shave, as my Gillette Mach whatever vibrates and is great. It seems from reviews that the Arcitec moves a little better over the chin and jawline. And which is quieter? Quiet is nice too. Any thoughts?
