What do you think about Aderans Research for hair regeneration?

the reason I am kind of disappointed is because they say first protocol has shown only more than a half of patients have shown significant hair growth and also there are no proofs like before and after pics and every time I try to contact them they don't answer. so i want to know what do you think, do you guys think this is fake or are they really coming up with a promising solutions for hair lost?
