What will it take for my kids to listen to me?

i have 5 girls who are 12yrs, 11yrs, 10yrs, 7yrs and 3yrs old. they never listen to me, i hate a messy house like most people but my kids trash my house every day when asked to tidy up they dont they will leave rubbish on the floor dirty clothes lying around and they just wont pick it up. there are days when i scream at them, frettern them and take toys mobiles ect away from them nothing works i will leave it for a number of days then i end up doing it. iv also started taking speed just to get it done. please can someone just give me more options coz iv tryed everything they have no respect for me. my partner is just a **** thats why i ent mentioned him.
