What does a P by my grade mean?

I had to take a remedial math because my TSI was low in math. I waited for grades and finally got them to today. Instead of a A, B, C, or F I got a P. I know this may be a stupid question but I looked everywhere and cannot find it. Does this mean I ped? I am guessing it does but they haven't marked that I have made TSI now. TSI means (Texas Success Initiative) and is a test ever college student must take in Texas.
