My fiance backed into the house, and now there are black tire marks on the siding!!?

How can we get the rubber off of the siding of the house? We can't use anything too harsh or abrasive for risk of ruining the siding. We have tried scrubbing with dish soap, a Mr. Clean Miracle Eraser, and Goo Gone. any other ideas?
