Am I crazy? Or did this really happen?

Today, after my shower, (the shower is in the basement) I looked down, and saw a brown spider about the size of a nickel, with it's legs all stretched out, on my right ! I didn't even feel it crawl on me, and I moved it off of me with my hand....well, I didn't even "feel" it, when I removed it....Was it just my mind? (I saw it, I sware....I am terrified of spiders though....I was in shock for what seemed like forever, before I started screaming, crying, and shaking quite badly (the shock came after I removed it....I looked down, yelled, and batted it off of me....and then, the shock came. I was frozen...couldn't even breathe) Please help me out, if you can...Thanks...(It happened, while I was already dried off and beginning to get dressed) and I don't do drugs....or drink. the only thing I do, is smoke cigs, and I know it wasn't from them (the cigs)......
