You need to chase down the XO from Keene or Londenderry. My guess is that your paperwork fell into the black hole and you're probably listed as IRR somewhere. You can't just get a discharge and reenlist, it doesn't work that way. Someone needs to get to the bottom of the mess that's been created and process the paperwork so you can drill. Be a thorn in their sides until they speak with you. Call, write, show up - do whatever you have to do. The recruiter won't be much help to you now unfortunately. Most of them process you and are done. Sorry I couldn't have given you more uplifting news, but it is what it is.
