Does the First Foundation Medical Centre really exist in Ikeja town, Lagos, Nigeria?

I’ve received a mail from Dr. Olamide Alabi working in abovementioned centre who informed me that my friend is currently their patient and ask to send money to carry out his treatment. I’m not sure it is true. I can’t connect to my friend – his cell phone is not responding.
