How do I disconnect the pcb from a Hitachi Deskstar 250MB IDE Hard Drive?

I need to disconnect the circuit board from my Hitachi Deskstar - model DDT722525DLAT80. I have the correct screwdriver for the job, I just need to know how to disconnect the data cable that attaches the citcuit board to the drive body. I have a matching drive, and plan to swap the boards to fix the broken drive.
