How do I get below my bodies comfort weight??
Well right now Im pregnant, so Im not gonna say my weight. But prepregnancy I am 130 lbs. This is my second and last child, and I know I can get my body down to 130 lbs again, but I want to be about 115-120 lbs. I am 5'2, and 130 is considered on the higher end of the BMI chart for normal. My body always just stops there, but I know I need to be smaller cuz I am a size 9/11, 6/8. I usually run 6 miles a day, spinning 2 days a week, and weight training a couple days a week. I however DO NOT diet. I eat healthy about 70-80% of the time and indulge when I want something. Do u think that if I actually eat healthy 100% of the time until I get to my goal weight I can get below what I want. I really want to look better than I have ever looked before. I do not have a greta metoblism, I have to work my heiny off to get there, but I know I can, my main problem is clean eating ALL the time. Any advice??
