Ok no period CD36-went off bc late may had regular period in june-as many answers as possible?

ok i had a regular period on june 5 lasted a few days-went away so i was like ok- today is july 10 no period-i have had a few other pregnancy syptoms have take a few pg tests but all negative-i am not desiring to get pg though my friend is-i have never gone this long w/o a period-no signs of period-i am on low income insurance so itwill be like 3 months before i can get into my DR. -i am not stressed yeah i have occasional problems but no biggie-no new medications or side effects-im confused-please i need as many suggestions as possible-any ideas if its pg or if its something else any wya i can tell if i am pg-seeing how the test isnt picking it up-i was pg when i was younger urine test didnt pick it up untill i was 12 weeks
