What Should I Get as souvenirs in Italy, France, Austria & Switzerland?

Chocolate. Very yummy here. Also there are some nice soaps that are locally made here as well . All of my relatives that visit usually buy soaps, honey, chocolate and herbs from provence as well as sachets made from lavender. Not sure about cheese if you are allowed to bring that back also it would really smell up your suitcase.
