Why do they always hustle me in Baskin Robbin's 31 Flavors?

They are under pressure to work as quickly as possible and when you say that you don't know, you might be slowing them down. Next time, just say, "I'm still deciding; please feel free to take care of someone else and to come back to me in a couple of minutes." In the workaday world, ppl have to move along a little faster (even in Baskin Robbins). I myself as a consumer am also pressed for time and as I am walking to the counter, my eyes are scanning the choices. This isn't rocket science, it's picking a flavor of ice cream so if I see one flavor that pleases me, I pick it. There's no need to "elect" one flavor out of the 31 candidates. If I don't go over all 31 candidates, no prob. I can try the other ones later.
