Probation help under the age of 18?

I am 15 years old i was order 3 months probation my last court thing and i got something in the mail saying i have a court order to say with my mom intill feb 9th but she can get a phone call for a job in AZ any day and she going to move there my probation officer asn't concated me yet.. One question do u have to give the court saying im leaving the state how many days or week notices they need i live in michigan and at the last court hearing they didnt ask who i wanted to live with?? I want to live with my real dad which my parents arn't marred anymore is there a way i can talk to my lawyer and get the court order change to me living with my dad intill feb 9 thats my next court hearing PLZ HELP
