Why do I feel this way? Does this make me a bad person?

I really try to be an open-minded, liberal, accepting person. I really try to be a voice for rights for the LBGT community. I have noticed that I feel really comfortable around FtM s but significantly less comfortable around MtF s, and I don't know why.
