Raymond James stadium section 127 Row cc?

I just bought the above said tickets.. I was just wondering for the next time, what is the best overall sections without going over board.. I noticed that the second level was more expensive than the lower level. Is the vantage point better from there? or are there more benefits and services? Im looking to spend no more than $150 per ticket. lastly.. which tunnel do the teams emerge from? Thanks for the advice!
