What would you do to get out this stain?

My dog, Taz, likes to pee on the dining room table leg. It's green paint and varnish. We have (had) white carpet. The spot under and around the table leg turned orange. I've used a bissell carpet cleaner, steam, vinegar, spot-shot, resolve, pet stain remover from the vet, and only managed to turn the stain a weird olive green color. Any suggestions?
