What do they ask or let you pick on your Navy "dream" sheet?

I know it's just a "dream" sheet but what exactly does it ask? I heard you get to put down 3 preferences. Do you put down 3 choices of where you want to get stationed? Do you give 3 specific names of ships you would want to be on like USS Normandy? Do you give the 3 types of ships you want like a cruiser,destroyer or frigate? Do you get to put down whether you want Atlantic or Pacific fleet? I know it's a "dream" sheet for a reason but I still want to know. Thank you.
