Why does it seem that pathologist rush positive/ bad news biopsies faster than negative ones to pc doctors?

Because treatment for a positive test is important they try to get those to the Dr asap, when there is no heath concern the new is put through regular channels, think of the difference between, e-mail and snail mail.
