Will they ever came up?

In the middle of March this year (2008) I planted Drumstick Flower,Delphinium Magic Fountain,St. Johnswort,Delphinium Summer Blues,& Lady Lavnder a total of maybe 300 seeds so far I only see a few seedlings what is talking them so long ?
